Mobile game maker Scopely to buy GSN Games division, which makes free-to-play games like Bingo Bash, from Sony Pictures Entertainment for ~$1B in cash and stock  —  Sony Pictures Entertainment announced a deal to sell GSN Games, a division of Game Show Network, to mobile-games company Scopely for about $1 billion in cash and stock.
