eBay plans to acquire online trading card marketplace TCGplayer for up to $295M; TCGplayer, which employs 600+, will operate independently — eBay is acquiring TCGplayer, an online marketplace for collectible trading card games, in a deal valued up to $295 million, the company announced on Monday.
