Alphabet winds down Google Domains and sells its assets, including ~10M domains “spread across millions of customers”, to Squarespace, a source says for ~$180M  —  Alphabet Inc. is winding down its Google Domains business and selling its assets to Squarespace Inc., according to a statement Thursday.
