Crypto exchange Bitstamp plans to add a €10/month fee for non-US accounts that are inactive for over one year with a balance below €200, starting August 1  —  Crypto exchange Bitstamp plans to charge a monthly “inactivity fee” for certain users, as the market downturn weighs on trading volume in the industry.
