Meta stands by its release strategy after LLaMA, an LLM the company gave to approved organizations and researchers, was apparently leaked as a torrent on 4chan  —  The leaked language model was posted to 4chan.  The model was previously only given to approved researchers, government organizations, and members of civil society.
