OpenAI plans to open an office in London, its first office outside the US, due to “world-class talent”; Sam Altman had floated Poland and France  —  ChatGPT creator OpenAI Inc. has chosen London as the home of its first corporate office outside the US, according to a company statement issued Wednesday.
