Regulatory docs show Facebook’s Project Aria hardware is called Gemini, runs on customized Android, and uses the same camera sensor as the Oculus Quest 2  —  It’s been close to a year since Facebook first announced Project Aria, a research effort to test smart glasses with a small group of employees.
