Representatives of Prosus and Peak XV, formerly Sequoia India, resign from Byju’s board; Deloitte quit as Byju’s auditor over a delay in handing over financials  —  Prosus and Peak XV Partners confirmed Friday that their representatives have resigned from the board of Byju’s, India’s most valuable startup.
